Hydrulic dough divider (left one) can divide the dough into 20 pieces, each piece dough100-800g.
Normal divider (right one) can divide the dough into 36 pieces each piece dough ranges from 30-180g.
You can choose the type based on your bread weight.
Moulder--to make the dough into bread shape you want
Toast moulder (left one) is to press dough and make it into toast shape.
Baguette moulder (right one) is to press dough and make it into baguette shape.
You can choose the type based on your bread type.
Pans--to load bread when baking
Toast box, Baguette pans, normal baking trays, and other trays for your kinds of bread, pastry.
Proofer--to rise the dough
Oven--to bake the bread
We have rotary oven, convection oven and deck oven for baking.
Rotary oven, 32 trays, single trolley capacity, large capacity.
Convection oven, 5 trays, 8 trays and 10 trays, with steam function.
Deck oven, 6 trays, 9 trays, 12 trays, 15 trays, each layer can be controlled independently.
